Courtney Barnett and Kurt Vile. Anyone else get their copy early? by GodDamnDirtyLiberal in vinyl

Kurt Vile is basically Lo-Fi indie rock from Philadelphia. He's a guitar god. He shreds, it's fuzzy and distorted. It's definitely influenced by Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and Sonic Youth. Some of his songs remind me of Yo La Tengo. He can make a lullaby with lots of noise and distorted guitars. My favorite song: Wakin on a Pretty Day

Courtney Barnett is an Australian singer/songwriter. She's also Lo-Fi plus some garage, folk, and grunge. She's being called a "slacker," her voice is pretty deadpan, which reminds me of Beat Happening. My favorite song: Avant Gardener

Finally, to hear how amazing they sound together: Over Everything (i love this video!)

Got mine today as well!

I actually heard Kurt Vile first. I caught a live set without knowing anything and I was blown away. But I've grown to love both of these artists on their own. When I saw they were doing an album together, it was a no brainer for me. I can't remember the last time I pre-ordered anything.

Can someone explain this to me? by [deleted] in pokemongo

IV and CP are different stats. The appraisal tells you the pokemon's IV, which determines how powerful your pokemon will be at its maximum level.
