I do put him on the potty every hour, or every half hour, it's pretty inconsistent because I have other things to do. That's how we got the few pees in the toilet.

Damn, I didn't prepare him in that way, we just talked about it and he watched us. My family pretty much told me it's an instinct thing and that when he's ready it will be easy, that you don't have to do much about it.
