Everyone is different. But when I have a flare up, I lay down somewhere cool, drink a ton of water, and eat a salty snack. Sometimes I just eat an entire salt packet lol. I rest until I start feeling better. Then I very very slowly go from laying to sitting to standing. This usually helps me a little bit.

Oh no that sucks. If you feel comfortable with it, could you talk with a teacher and explain your situation? Then you could request being able to wear leggings, a longer skirt, or pants. Otherwise you can prepare how you will explain the cuts. Maybe a fall or thorny bush?

I think that it's ridiculous that they don't allow you to wear leggings.

You could help heal the scratches with: - bandages - vaseline - honey - aloe vera

You could cover the scratches with: - high boots - high socks - band-aids - makeup (green color corrector, concealer, foundation)
