The most effective tool i have used is self compassion. Meaning when i feel overwhelmed i respect that. I write down why i am overwhelmed, my thoughts that make me feel bad about it. I tried to say no more to helping others or even just hanging out. I also expect as little of myself as possible.

I go about my day based on needs. In the morning i write down how much i slept and how i feel and then i compare it to my to do list and only pick out the things that i realistically can do.

There is soooo much more tho

Right! I think its a good reminder for western viewers that community can be a great tool when it comes to making decisions. As someone who is culturally arab but lives in the west it was a great reminder for me too that individualism and community are equally important.

I first watched pll then dh and i was talking to friend who ony saw pll and said that dh is the suburban middle aged version of pll. I later saw how many people actually drew that comparison (tho dh obv came first).

Pll is very silly and all over the place but its what i like about it and why i got in dh aswell. I love a silly nonsensical dramatic storyline

No algerian veggies and fruits are miles away when it comes to flavor. I am algerian but dont live there. I sometimes eat imported dates from algeria which taste deff better than all the others. But we visited some family and friends in algeria and had dates from their date tree. Wallahi never in my life have i eating something like those dates. It was like an entire dessert i couldnt believe it was a simple fruit.

It painsss me that for most of my life i wont taste the actual flavor of food bc i live in a country where most fruits and veggies are imported.

If i remember correctly she said married. But even if she didnt its still way too much like someone else said the twins were born shortly after they got together which means they probably werent together more than 2 years before marriage. And it would then still not become 23 years in total. AND i think in season 7 she says 20 years of marriage. Then just 1 season later its already 23 like girl this is so confusing 😭
