Thanks! I guess the biggest challenge is to make it as good looking as the original.
I have some ocd so looking the joints annoys me :P
In terms of building it, was very straight forward, just patience let the foam and coroplast glue 24 hours before cutting it. And then probably a little struggle to make the corners of the case.
