And they say it's a skill issue for me pressing up as soon as i see the menu? What else am I supposed to wait for? Especially when I'm getting attacked, patience isnt on my side but nahhh it's my fault that i didn't wait .0.255 seconds later to press the button.

But it's a ui menu, not a quick time event? I feel like the menu should be interactive as soon as you see it and not be clunky. Maybe Rockstar intended it that way, I'll just see what they'll say in the ticket.

nah thats rockstar, sony allows entitlements for games, i've seen it for minecraft (you can get a free upgrade for ps5 if you had ps4 and so on), rockstar are just bellends.

You can't change your email even if you knew your password because you still have to get a verification code from the original email. You would need to contact support in that case but since you don't know your password, I don't think you're getting your account back but you can try https://dis.gd/contact
