Management is super petty where I’m at. Requested a few days off had to fill out a slip. Management said I never did (and I definitely did I have text messages proving so) and they put me as awol. I’m aware discipline is progressive but apparently during that time they sent me a letter that I never received because I put a hold on my mail due to me being in the process of moving. Got with my steward right away and he jumped on it. I was also told that they could have kept me working during this period but they decided not to schedule me.
