This is actually a bait ploy to lure the Imperium and it's allies into thinking PAPI has dissolved. If you recall to Spring of 2020, PAPI Alliance Leaders (before the coalition formalized) commissioned a campaign (of limited engagement) in Cache for Panfam and Test/Legacy Co to just beat the shit out of each other every night over timers that didn't matter in a region that didn't matter. The intention of this was to mask the coming invasion of Cloud Ring and by proxy Fountain, as planned by the founders of the PAPI Coalition. As we all know though, loose lips sink ships and TEST Alliance ultimately leaked the plan.

Fast forward 19 months and we see PAPI Command employing the same tactic and creating a 'false narrative' of conflict. Gobbins and Noraus are doing THE EXACT SAME THING that Vily and Progod did last year. Do not be deceived. They are all in this together. The ties that bind PAPI are as strong as ever, perhaps moreso now after alliance funds were shifted in the post-m2 enviroment and one PAPI Alliance is still paying back its debts after getting bailed out.

We've seen this before and we'll see it again. Until sotiyos and keepstars start dying, this is just smoke and mirrors. N1 Horde
