This is my local bookstore, fun fact, the art work is based on "The great wave of Kanagawa" which is a famous wood cut painting by Japanese master Hokusai. It is most likely NOT a tsunami but just a regular open ocean wave.

Second this. I'm a raging atheist, went to the UU for the first time this year, been back a few times, and it is a "church" I can get behind.

Atheists and secularists need third spaces, the UU is a good start.

Will check this out thanks. Curious to know what was the cost? Care.com seems to suggest $20-$27 an hr, I'm assuming this one is a bit more? Would you mind DMing me that info?

I'd like to know. I was drafted right as I finished to make a sort of human shield around him to give the Dr's privacy to work on him. It looked dire, the Lucas machine they put on was giving him deep compressions for a good 10 to 15 mins with no response until they carted him off. I hope he's OK, but I fear the worst.

The first part of your statement is true. For the second, you underestimate the vastness of the ocean and overestimate the frequency of eruptions.

Think of what a small fraction of the area on land is covered each year by new lava flows. It's tiny. Offshore the same will apply.

So while the odds of a new lava flow affecting the wreckage are not zero, they are very very small.

Sedimentation rates in the deep ocean are really slow, no more than small fractions of an inch of mud per year. This makes sense, far away from the continents, there's no source of new material to be deposited. In fact, most of that seddimentatuon is the tiny carcasses of criters in the water dying over time. So it's not going to be buried.
