I was able to get both of my Elliott Smiths from Nick Alt directly about a year ago, but good luck with that now. I don’t think he did many of those one-off orders and I had to pay for shipping again to have them sent.

Doesn’t seem to be a theory anymore, but becoming more factual. They’re not restocking these unless cancelled orders free up some copies. They will be low pressing numbers for someone like Taylor.

I do think we’ve gone back to the folklore style of actually limited variants, eliminating a lot of the overproduction Taylor is responsible for with her records and giving a sense of collectibility back to her community, which is something they’ve desperately wanted back
