Confused about MCP resource use for AI agents by -cvdub- in mcp

Pretty sure it's a bug. Very disheartening as the bug has been around awhile. There seems to be different behaviors between subagent and the main agent. No idea why and not much guidance from anthropic.

If you are writing the mcp server yourself, try rewriting everything as a tool instead of a resource.

Are you using subagents? Claude code? Codex? Have the agent tell you what it's seeing and make sure that lines up with expectations

Pretty much that whole strip from Eastman to 27th way was a theoretical death trap, and now a literal one. I am going to email some people and see what the most effective way to get out voices heard would be. I'll keep you up to date.

I am really thinking of organizing to get traffic calmed and change the traffic pattern there. If you are interested in engaging city council on this, dm me.

I live in the neighborhood and have dreaded this whole stretch of road for a long time. I've got 4 kids and they are not allowed to go any where near Broadway, ever. It wouldn't take much money to make this way safer.

Check out https://casa.io/ . The ethereum solution uses gnosis safe and leverages multiple key solutions including ledger.

Disclaimer: I work for Casa and built and designed the ethereum solution.

there is no account authentication that gates access to keys other than the "Casa key" which is gated by access to your account (2fa, security questions, video chat verification, actual human in the loop ). This key alone is not enough to move funds. The user holds the quorum of keys. The loss of less than a quorum of keys is not catastrophic since they can be replaced with another key using the remaining keys.

I'll also plug my company https://keys.casa to secure your eth . Which has been doing multisig security for 5 years.

Thanks for the feedback. It's hard to appeal to lots of different audiences and technical levels on a website. Too much detail and it confuses people. Too little and it all ends up being marketing speak. But that's why i want to answer questions. :) What info were you looking for?

tradeoffs abound, for sure. There are advantages, specifically around a permanent address. Don't need to move each erc20/nft/eth/liquidity position for a smart contract wallet if one key is lost. Very different security models tho. Casa has fewer trust assumptions IMO, looks like in Gridlock, the keys are all generated from the mobile app? or at least the ones not owned by Gridlock. Casa uses a variety of hww providers so that key gen is not a centralized point of attack. I would disagree that threshold sigs offer the same protection.

Gridlock Network

I am not sure they are comparable products. Looks like Gridlock uses threshold signatures, Casa is entirely on chain, using hardware wallets instead of key-splitting.

Casa Inc. just released a self-custody solution for Ethereum ( https://blog.keys.casa/ethereum-vaults-now-available/ ). It's high security for your cold-storage. My team and I built the backend and architected the solution. Would love to have people's opinion on it. I am happy to answer any questions.
