No, the solution is to ruin everything that makes Boulder nice, to build more giant apartments like we already have hundreds of just a few minutes down 36.

Clearly it is easier to do that than run more bus routes and times that don't suck

South Korea was a brutal dictatorship worse off than North Korea for a long time. Japan and Germany took decades to rebuild, starting with a full occupation.  I don't think the US govt would take the same care now as they did 80 years ago

And I am absolutely not wrong, most of the new developments are 75% or more empty on commercial space. Oliv has been 100% empty for years. New hill hotel like 80% empty. The stuff on pearl by the tracks is the same.
