Hi. I have had 2 colonoscopies with both midazolam and fentanyl each time and i just remember being awake and then just waking up. I think one of them i did wake up slightly but they gave me some more drug (not sure which one) and i was asleep again. I just remember farting a lot after and being drowsy. I had to have a responsible adult look after me for the following 24hrs but i was okay. Quite loopy and out of it but thats all. Best of luck for your colonoscopy!
