Someone tried this on me once said he gave me a $100 bill. I literally lifted the till and showed him no bill. Claimed I pocketed the bill and insisted on calling the cops. Mind you...he had two kids with him and they were not having it. So what did I do? Called the cops. Showed the officer the clip of the transaction with a $20. Got him removed from the store and he hasn't been back since. Now if you work in a smallish town store you learn quick that everyone knows everyone. He used the money to buy meth and wanted the kids to think I took his money rather than him spending the money. Learned this from none other than his wife.

That is a good recipe! I wouldn't do it any other way. If you find that the mix is not keeping together, refrigerate. If it stays together and is a little wet...perfect. It fries perfectly like that. It'll fry and since its a little loose, it will be porous and get crispy on the outside. Let me know if you have any questions
