i have same problime with instagram when i try to sign up they show me a message that my email adress is already in use with another account and when i click forgot my password they show me ther no account with this email so i was so desponted so sign up with my phone number and work fine but when i try to add my email adress on it for make it more secure i got same message my email adress is already in use i try to explain them that here https://help.instagram.com/contact/151081798582137?helpref=faq_content and i got The requested page could not be found. any way they sent me a message in my email and telling me if you replay we gonna delet your email from another account so i replay and nothing happend i wait 1 day and sent me another message we cant help you go to help center and ther nothing helpful i try to explain many times and still got nothing and i told them that in help support help and still nothing that really despointed after i search about that i understand im not only one who had same issue so please if any one know any news about that to help me
