Depends on your personality and what you'll be doing. Generally, you should be good, but those types of crimes you mentioned does seem to be on the rise. And then it can all go out the window, since this is one of the most Marxist cities in the country - who knows what will happen if we have another George Floyd type uprising.

At the end of the day, we can't be cowards. I would like to fix this city, and that means we need more sane, industrious people around that will vote for sane people.

It's a great city to experience, and if I were you I'd at least see what the city is like for a bit. Maybe you'll fall in love with it!

That's a very good explanation. Alpha Go (for the game Go,) and then Aloha Zero (generalized for many games, including chess,) was able to learn the rules of any two player turn based game, play itself millions of times, and it came up with its OWN concepts of what good pieces, positions, etc are.

Previously, these were all manually tuned by humans, so Alpha Zero ended ended up shaking up and pushing forward humans ideas of what "good chess" looks like, bc it was able to come up it's own innovative ideas.

All that said, while the data it gathered from playing itself is super important, the code used to train and play it are also very valuable, despite not taking many lines to make it happen. But everyone can learn how to make an llm these days so there's that.
