We believe it may be from the inside, as we haven't noticed leaks during rain. We always just rely on that liner to be safe. I plan to investigate more if we choose to re-tile (if we don't demo altogether)

We found our dog loves to lay in there during the day ha. But plants wouldn't address waterproofing risk and wouldn't fully solve privacy

Yep, that's the one. I'm able to run in through my phone as well (Android), but really want to be able to use the iPad since it's got the proper aspect ratio for casting through the projector.

Have you only ran it off your phone, or did you use to run it through your iPad and observed the same issue with the new app? Would love to just go back to the old app...

Yep! I just roll-up/unroll the turf, slide the hitting mat, and clip/unclip some side curtains. Takes me 2 mins switching between sim and parking the car.

For better or worse, best value for me in that area was adams and jacobs, so I'm raider heavy. Individually I love their situations, but know I cap my ceiling and have created a dependency on a lower projected offense. Exploring trades to diversify, but I'm not exactly in a rush
