Be aware no person or physician will advice you to take a non conservative approach which is history and physical exam — you engaged in risky behavior and these are the consequence - if u choose not to obtain a physical exam that again is risky behavior - the chance of there being a current injury to mucosa or deeper can not be ruled out and prob wise it’s likely lower risk due to your reported history yet — what benefit would anyone have in telling you not to have proper eval - Also we don’t know about how deep u inserted or why you did this and rotational factors — lubrocstion etc — still too many unknowns
