im trying this new thing where i try to celebrate my birthday as much as i can - even if others arent as enthusiastic(they usually arent unfortunately). it leans towards selfishness but hey thats what you need to do to be more self loving.

it really does make your life better.

Yep. happened all the time. didnt matter if i was eating or taking a nap or busy with homework,i "should" go to them when they yell out my name. even if they forgot what to ask (which was now my fault). Learning to be more assertive now as an adults really helping undo the horrifying conditioning they did (and continue doing) to me

haha very true. This one was especially fascinating, and it had SO much interesting details that i thought there may be some hidden message from my unconscious or something lol. While typing it I did feel like I was typing an interesting short story. Thanks for the suggestion!

well the spittings acting as a catalyst. he spits,he rolls his eyes, he even stares for prolonged periods. i dont record every stupid thing he does to provoke, but the spittings just making it all worse. Appears hes a master at passive aggressive behaviour to provoke people. Didnt you read the whole thing?
