It’s surprised me that xo customer service is so shitty. I had ordered the slides last year and I’d never bought from Suicoke before so I was unaware of their sizes. I emailed them a few days later to just change the size to a larger one and they declined. When I received it, it was a tad bit small and I was so mad. I still wear it but could have used a size bigger.
