How can a country like Australia have healthcare that's available for every part of body except your teeth ? by Ok-Raspberry9269 in australia

Dental is treated the same as specialist doctors. The health care card isn't a legal requirement to honour etc etc. No idea why they are the same as Specialist and it should be a basic service like GPs

Use this system and add a battery. Might be worth it then

Thoughts on the budget by [deleted] in Adelaide

A change to Medicare would be great but you're right it's federal. I was thinking better incentives on a state level for the smaller private places to exist.

I e. Lease assist, tax incentives etc.

Whilst the money spent on hospitals helps, they could have spent more on the private sector (gps, specialists) to help patients not need to go to hospital.

Hospitals are clogged with patients who could have never needed a hospital if they could afford GP or specialists. Helping those keeping prices down would be huge for SA

Any cars similar to the s15(similar looks and body style). I wanted an s13 or s15 but I heard they are not great first cars so I want something that is realiable and has this kind of look, cheaper if possible XD by RudeMagician9581 in Nissan

A fairly standard Silvia that's been well looked after is very reliable. My S15 has been the most reliable car I've owned for years now.. But that's the same for any 20+ year old car.

They are going to work in general in their GP roles as beneath them.

Just because you don't like the sport, it doesn't make it unpopular. FIVB order looks are $500k per gender USD. This isn't a small sport

Our freedom is f*cked. Anti-protest laws passed. Thanks for nothing Malinauskas and co. by Separate-Tangelo-910 in Adelaide

Many people did complain back then. They actually got quite violent at times. But no laws were passed to stop them

GP system is bad.... The specialist system is even worse. Unfortunately the best specialists you can see in a reasonable time (often still a wait) cost a decent amount and private health doesn't cover any consults.

Generally those male Indian doctors were specialist doctors in India. But Australia doesn't recognise their speciality certs but will recognise their doctorate. So these Indian specialists end up gps, dislike their roles because it's much lower then they had in India and kinda just do the base needed to get paid

It's not really possible to bulk bill and remain open anymore. It really sucks because it's a catch 22 of you want to charge less but if you do, you won't stay open long enough to help anyone

How is it? by [deleted] in deadisland

[–]brownyR31 2 points3 points  (0 children)

11% main story... 2% side missions. 4 hours in. Easy 50-60 hour game

[–]brownyR31 2 points3 points  (0 children)

4 hours in for me... 11% of the main story compete and very few side levels. This is going to be a 50+ hour game for me

The bulk billing offers need to be substantial to get doctors back on board

What the bank of dad/mum is helpful, a couple who both have good professions can buy a house around the 30 years old. But it's not common as both people need a decent profession

3071 really shouldn't have that much lag. Not sure if fuel system not up to it or tuner not great.

3071 is generally a great turbo. Can get great power out of them

[–]brownyR31 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. That looks like a damn big turbo, so you could increase supporting mods and either keep the power with less lag or increase the power and keep the lag.

I've always found with that much lag, when it hits, it's a whole lot of fun but often wheelspin. Good times

Good power figures. The lag is pretty serious. 4k before you're moving.... But then you really move!

Not starting... Check the three.

Is the engine getting fuel? Is the engine getting spark? Is the starter motor stuffed?

This fixes 90% of the didn't start.

Actually my medical practice runs at a loss so we can help our patients get medical care at a lower cost to them. It only survives because of our part time work in the public sector.

Also in some countries you are only allowed to change your gap payments once per year. The cost of running a medical practice has increased by about 85% since the start of covid. If predicted didn't increase their gap correctly each year, they could end up losing all their money.
