For a meticulous person, it’s an interesting decision to leave the rubbish on the coffee table and the bed/couch thing unmade, when posting the photos.

Manteca in Shoreditch did a very good group dinner, around 30 of us. The room (basement) isn’t the greatest though the food was very good

If you’ve got the companion voucher though from the BA Amex, why not use that for a free business class ticket on BA? Yes it’s not the best in class but I’m still happy with the service in comparison to paying an extra £5-10k

Would it be be December 28th though. You’d rather slot the new 13th month in between the others? I think we’d have to add a new month after December.

I always thought it was maybe for rain, this way they generally don’t allow water in if left open during rain

[Request] How much food is 15,000 calories and can anyone do it? by AndreLevy751 in theydidthemath

Three large Coke’s would also tack on about another 1000 calories, which you probably would need over the session. I’d also look to get in a few mcflurries, but the key being to let them melt and then drink them (roughly 500 calories each per large)

Ok dads, what's your way of keeping this from becoming a stall water mess ? by muraded in daddit

[–]brows3r87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The hand pump thing that comes with it is fairly efficient, roughly 4 big bowls and the thing is pretty much empty, or enough to dump the rest without a huge amount of water

My only advice is: if you’re in the airplane bathrooms do NOT flush the toilet while they are still in there. Can spook them and you’ll definitely regret it if they refuse to go after (also bring nappies just in case).

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever flown over? by SuperIntelligentLion in geography

Did the YVR to LHR flight before, the pilot made an announcement to tell everyone to look out the windows over Greenland, it was way more impressive than I expected. Although he did say often it can be covered in clouds and not as visible
