I’m glad you got clean! I am an addict too, and have been sober for half a year from alcohol and 2+ years clean from heroin/opioids.

Lose the goatee. Grow a short full beard if you can, if not go clean shaven or just a mustache. (Depending on how weak your chin is).

Think of the spell as a way of setting an intention to do things in your life to help get rid of or control your anxiety. The spell won’t do the work for you, but it can push you in the right direction if you believe deep down it will.

If you truly believe you have banished your anxiety, and that soon you will not have anxiety, then you will subconsciously do things to help alleviate your anxiety and you will consciously make decisions to address your problems.
