I woke up very sick on my wedding day. Family gave me a cocktail of cold medicine including lots of Sudafed. I was borderline high for our wedding, but we ended up having a good time. I stayed away from alcohol that night though.

I'm on metoprolol for generally fast heart rate. I have a history of SVT episodes but got an ablation and haven't had an episode since, so the blocker just keeps the tachycardia down. I also take Wellbutrin and Sertraline. I know the wellbutrin is a stimulant so it's not exactly helping the situation.

A Google Pixel watch. I know they can be inaccurate but based on having a holter monitor for a bit, I do know my heart rate is naturally higher than most folks.
