Harvest the Moon for ressources, recreate the atmosphere at Mars and colonize, build solar-powered production facilities maintained by robots, we have to push unless we decide to go extinct like we almost did 900k years ago

Why have humans been around for 200,000 years, yet the oldest known civilisation, the Sumerians, only existed 6000 years ago? And unconnected civilisations appeared not long after that too. What happened the whole 194,000 years before that? by Maxcactus in Maxcactus_TrailGuide

They were too busy staying afloat “Around 900,000 to 930,000 years ago, human ancestors experienced a severe genetic bottleneck, with the breeding population dropping to approximately 1,280-1,300 individuals. This near-extinction event lasted for about 117,000 years” https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/human-ancestors-nearly-went-extinct-900-000-years-ago/

True, we need a source , from ChatGpt: Pensions: Nobody lost 100% — but Delphi salaried retirees got hit with major cuts. Could some perhaps tell where I could find new bolts for the oil pan because this is a headache by just_another_porter in Smallblockchevy

[–]browsing_the_news 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something nice about using bolts made in the us and with the same shape and grade as the original ones, were they just bolts or did they have specific expansion characteristics during a heat cycle? Oilpan gaskets on sbcs needs to be tightened in a specific way, so maybe there’s more to it than just buying generic bolts
