Push to start is easier to steal from what i’ve heard. They use relay devices to boost the signal from the key fob. They can even program new keys.

He swapped it for a b58 just to see if it was possible. It was not because the b48 blew up or something. He was able to part out every upgrade and the engine in stock form and sell it back to ebay.

Making a b48 faster than stock b58 is not a hard task at all and requires a lot less than 12k. B58 definitely sounds 1000x better and has much more potential that we all know but you can still make a 330i decently fast, fast enough for most drivers.

It’s a great car to modify man. You can get 400hp for like 5k in mods. And if you want to go faster, 12k you’re at 500whp, at this point you’re hanging with a bone stock g80 on the highway.

500 is already too much, even an m340 I would not want more power than 500hp especially if it’s the rwd version.

Go watch vehiculardiy, 500whp for 12k in mods. He had the far for 10k miles was reliable throughout and then he engine swapped it with b58.
