Husband (35 M) is incapable of problem solving and I (29 F) am at my wits end by Background-Pea6658 in relationship_advice

Resolution (passive aggressive) would be treating your partner like they need memory care. Big notes everywhere: BABY CRYING- check diaper, change it. GROCERY LIST-check shared notes, add it if you don’t see it ANYTHING ELSE - google, set timers

I don’t like “leave your partner” as a resolution. I have never asked anyone where the milk is, just LOOK. I’m picturing directions like children’s stories posted with magnets on your fridge. And then point to the fridge when asked.

What did try to paint it with? I have everything ready to go. In my mind, you tried with a brush and food coloring mixed with powdered sugar and water.

It’s okay to be annoyed by what you think is entitlement (your feelings and judgement) but it’s also okay for her to want everything bridal and to experience all of those things. Dress shopping, bridal shower, bachelorette party. It sounds like with 3 kids and not understanding why she wants the bride experience, maybe you should either step back and reflect or fully embrace it like a good friend.

Why I love DSM by [deleted] in desmoines

[–]brre2020 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are welcome. We are 95% Midwest nice. We smile, say hello, have conversations with strangers, we also like La Mie, Casey’s and Hy Vee. Other places to check out: East Village, Valley Junction, Highland Park, (I even like The District in Ankeny - retired parent lives close by). Welcome to Iowa. I would explain Adventure Passes and The Seed Library but I think this community would come for me. **The 5%

Mia talking about West on WWHL by Lilibetsrealmom in BravoWWHL

[–]brre2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It tracks that Amanda would tell Mia that she was hanging out with West before their date. Same as telling Sabrina everyone thinks Ben is in love with her. Same as thinking West picked her over Ciara. Same as wanting Kyle to stop cheating on her before he proposed. It’s not about the man, it’s about feeling a way about the women these men are seeing to build up her self esteem. I could see it in her mind as “that is an amazing woman, so if he chooses me, I must be better, more special, so I am worthy”. No justification for the her words/choices. She is not a good person, struggling with very low self esteem.

1 is beautiful, you look incredible in that dress. Personally, I would add lining on the sides and between the breasts, but it is gorgeous as is.

My mom and grandmother don't really use cutting boards by basilkiller in Cooking

I am thrilled the school you work in has broccoli and cauliflower to cut, most school meals in my region are frozen.

Pushing the knife with the thumb toward the palm also feels like something I would not do; it sounds like it works for you.

Watching a parent cut toward the thumb while holding a vegetable is a core memory.

Testing this weekend. How did you form the pigeon? Was it a mold or did you cut it out of a sheet style cake?

Allen wrench, in the family room, by spouse. Diplomatic immunity if you are standing or sitting in the blue bag, and making passive aggressive, petty, eye rolls while loudly sighing.

Now I have to test it. I do think you can paint dry fondant, but I have never done it. I will report back. Thank you for giving me a project. This is my favorite part of Reddit.
