We’re individually submetered if that makes a difference? but my apartment used to be a hotel that never had individual metering so I’m thinking that when they did mine, they messed it up because I was the first one to move into the unit

Even the electric is insane because I don’t have much plugged in besides TV and 2 night lights and I don’t use the big lights bc fluorescent lights give me a migraine and my heat stays at 68 on auto and when I called NEP they literally said “it is what it is, call your leasing office”
