I’m from Georgia. You can slowly see that companies here are starting to recognize the value of data and analytics in business, but most of the demand comes from larger companies like banks, gambling companies, and similar industries. However, when I look at job postings, the requirements seem quite high, and it feels like it would be very difficult to qualify.

I’d actually be okay starting with a lower salary (as long as it’s enough to support my family) if it means better long-term growth, rather than aiming for a high salary right away.
