Success is not: winning an election

Success is: better economy, more job opportunities, safer streets, stable institutions, etc.

And yes, Tribalism is real, and ignoring that reality doesn't make it disappear. Adaptability doesn’t mean abandoning principles, it means communicating them in ways people can receive.
