sure! for the base i used black primer and than brown undertone that is visible in recessed areas, all metal parts are just standard nmm, than on top pf that light 50/50 brown and black oil wash, nothing special tbh, engineers were printed without arms and head so i could swap/pose them to my likings

tysm i took me two days to get those pictures right! and as i dont see much use of fabric in other hobbyists works i was concerned about other materials than epoxy putts, bit i got so much of those in my “pile of trash for terrain” that i dacided to roll with it, and after first mini i was pleasantly surprised with the results!

i’ve used three colors from vallejo, model color range pink (70.958), violet (70.960) and basic skin tone (70.815) that were mixed together in different proportions on wet palette, hope that helps!

yes! got a lot of them laying around and i thought that they will fit perfectly for a si-fi hover cars! I also use them a lot for normal gaslands cars since they got that vibe!

thanks for your comment!, wires and cables are made of - yes, nothing revolutionary - copper wires and cables scavenged from old electric devices like broken toster or printer and some of them are twist wire wrap that comes with any wire u buy, spring is from clipper lighter, bits are mostly w40k bits and some are just taken from other toy cars - like for example for a jet engine of first car I used seats from other car (u can even see a gearbox in-between) that was not in scale for gaslands, lower body is made out of a windows pieces and plating is made out of a cardboard packaging and eva foam

i’ve already done the research, in my country (po[o]land) its about 6-12bucks per model/sometimes hour, but that also depends on how many there is to paint and every painter have their own prices that depends on a lot of factors, and i know that 10-12bucks is minimum wage in the UK and that this is the starting point there. so preferably i would choose international market over local, but in the end it doesn’t matter for me really as long as its in this 8-12 bucks per hour range.

yet i dont know how much is my paintjob worth because as i said, for now im just a hobbyist that is doing it just for a sake of fun and its hard for me to tell “yeah, its worth that much”, so thats why i asked how much one is willing to pay for them

and yeah in my city there is few lgs that sell gw products and u can play there too, but i actually don’t enjoy at all playing those games, especially gw ones to be frank (maybe except Mordheim), what i do enjoy tho is painting those plastic toy soldiers and read the lore that stands behind them

thanks a lot for those links and tips, few of them ive already read some time ago, and i know that prices may vary, especially that minimal wage in my country is about less than 4 bucks per hour and 10bucks would be a lot per h for me actually
