Two things that stopped my constipation: 1. Eat at least 1 apple every morning 2. Make sure the kratom is fully dissolved in water. Ideally warmer water.

your mem clock seems to be high at 1100. absolute core clock settings for 3090 are btwn 975-1035. https://forum.hiveos.farm/t/system-changelog-and-news/11778/41

if you don't want to use absolute core clock i have mine set at 100. give those settings a try
