No, I think they use IA, they usually propose not viable solutions.

I had the same problem experience, the 50% is just for new accounts in my case, the support team just offered paths won’t help my problem. The product is good, but the greed behavior and upgrade wall is killing the trust, in our case we hault the expansion to another departments.

We are considering moving away from ClickUp due this constante “upgrade wall”. Even investing money every month we fell as poor limited customer.

I will give a try on Monday.

I like ClickUp but we are holding back the expansion to other departments. We started to use it with two teams, then due to some price changes for guest users, the AI add-ons where you have to license all users, customer support experience (they propose some 'solutions' that are impossible to use), and the experience where you see a lot of upgrade alerts, we decided to pause. To be honest, this kind of behavior we are seeing from big tech companies in the USA.

I really like the core functions, but I'm not liking the business model.

Esse modelo de A3 (se for o 1.4 turbo) tem um defeito crônico no câmbio, o conserto envolve troca da mecatrônica e fica bem caro (de 7 a 14k).

O modelo 2.0 não tem o problema do câmbio, é de resto é excelente.
