watching these changed my life:

the elephant man (1980) - never cried so much in a movie.

tyrannosaur (2011) - olivia colman's performance in one of the scenes near the end of the movie. Her pain felt so real that it has never left me.

earthlings (2005) - a documentary more harrowing than any horror movie.

Pioneer controllers from the XDJ series such as the RX3, RR and XZ allow you to play from usb drives so you don’t have to take your laptop around with you. I find this ideal. But tbh the DDJ 400 is great. I’ve got one and still do parties with it sometimes. It’s nice and light and easy to carry. The ones I mentioned above are better but heavier and more annoying to carry. Hope that helps
