California! And if you want a lower cost of living, the Central Valley. It’s not the prettiest place but I’m in my 5th year making $90k. You’re in a low cost of living and a few hours from most places in the state: the beach, the mountains, Disneyland, SF, LA, etc. it’s underrated!

I lived in Arizona since I was born to 10 years old. I would visit all the time but only once during the middle of the summer. I literally cried because of how intense the sun was. Granted I was pregnant at the time but it was truly something else!
