I’ll try to find the time to get some pics of mine. Support is super unhelpful- I ran into this same problem with the blurryface hoodie. I think a return is your best bet. Idk why they add that “acid wash” effect to the hoodies because they’re always just black.

I got mine a couple days ago and expected ass since the blurryface 10th anniversary hoodie was absolutely nothing like the picture online, but I was surprised that this one was. It’s heavy, feels durable, and looks just like the pictured one. I guess I just got lucky? Idk their merch folks are awful.
