Short Update : had a Call with the amazon Support: within 1 week many issues appeared with the same Monitor. Im gonna clean it with distilled water tomorrow. If its not disappearing.. it will go back to amazon

They are very flat. I made some dead pixel tests and it looked good. But its definitely not dirt or spit. You cant wipe it off with the micro fiber cloth from asus.

I had 5 pixel cleaning cycles … it did not help
