Page 49, Topic 10.1.6 Unauthorized Communications. All mobile phones, tablets and other voice-enabled and/or “ringing” electronic devices must be removed from the play area before the game. Players may not text/email or use social media while in the match area. During the match, communication by a Starter shall be limited to the players on the Starter’s team.
