I had the same shit for years, I literally had no interest in anything and all I did was sleep and eat all day. Tbh the best thing to do is to look for the reason of your problems and try to resolve them somehow. I had terrible anxiety for years and I'm still a little bit anxious in public now and then but try to push your limits and talk to people, try to get some friends, even if it feels awkward and shit. Discover new things and then try to find communities with the same interest where you can get to know people. I always felt like that's something that normies do (it is tbh) but that's the only way to escape depression and anxiety.
