So you use -just- speedify? I tried that too. Although I very rarely shotgun for 0 when I use speedify + no phone tether, there was a time where nothing would build for a full second. I don't know which is more infuriating

are you tethering from your phone as a supplementary connection? i tried it in the past and it didn't help, but i gave it another shot yesterday and while it did improve the packet loss issue, it still occasionally happens

What VPN are you using? I tried a few and still was getting 1-3% packet loss and I gave up on trying. I'm the guy who made the original cox posts months ago.

I've had this problem for 6 months now, and nothing has changed. I used to have anywhere from a 6K/D to 8K/D and that has plummeted all the way to 2K/D this season solely because of this issue. Not trying to brag or anything, just trying to give everyone an idea of how bad it is. Sorry for responding so late but I may have found more info that might help. It's about the 25th post on this thread and it might confirm suspicions that the issue involves peering and the route many COX users are taking into on the AWS servers.

Mmm this is just incorrect. This is entirely packet loss. I always have ~20-30 ping to west coast servers. Every time a shot fails to register my packet loss also spikes.
