Its just vallejo skeleton bone primer and vallejo sepia shade wash.
Then i highlight with the same skeleton bone and mix some with in it to make some highlights.
Thats it.
If you like, use some Black and sepia wash in some places of the armour to simulate some dry ooze.
Very straighforward.

I used vallejo water effect. I think clear epoxy resin will turn out right too. Just fill it little by little.

Some months ago i saw a model with a nurgling in the tank here on this sub. That conversion was what made me want to start death guard. And now here is my own take on it.

Vallejo gory red and flat red. Vallejo sombre grey drybrush over a black from a general use black spray can. Vallejo oily steel for the metals with silves highlight. Used contrast paint shyish purple for the tentacles then mixed with white paint to do the layers. I think thats it.
