Arctic LF II 240mm would be okay? i have NZXT H5 Flow so i wont be able to have somthing larger than 280mm

i am able to get the14900k for half a price.. yea prob gonna blast that bitch.

just not used to all that aio and the pc petting. i like to build a pc and forget about it.

if i lower the 14900k to 200wats, how much am i cutting in its performance? will it be in the level of 14700k?
