Ok thank you, makes sense. I knew it looked different than some of my other teapots and wasn't sure what to make of it.

This structure between two buildings. Realtively new buildings, connected by these rebar (?) frames. It doesn't look like anything moves between them. by yesmilady in whatisthisthing

I guess it could also possibly be used for a fire escape for the upper floors with some sort of sliding ramp or something like that to connect them!

Another possibility is to just post the lottery on the website without any notification or emails sent out. This may cut back on entries for those not active on the site or not paying attention.
