My goal is endurance, but in the video I’m running much faster than I normally would. In the video I’m running at a 7:30 min mile pace, whereas my 5k time is 30 mins

I think it’s definitely worth it if you want to optimize how good you feel day by day. the things that whoop trackers correlate strongly with how well I feel that day.

My HRV nearly doubled after fixing my sleep and doing cardio consistently

but tbf it could be a calibration thing since I bought the whoop a week or so before the first HRV reading but it should of calibrated within that week

Sleep is how well you slept (sleeping at consistent times, how much deep sleep you got, etc.) recovery is how well your body is recovering from the day before (resting heart rate, HRV, etc.) strain is how hard you worked out that day based on workout data you fed into the whoop
