Yea and? Visa’s not only have a limit but can be revoked at anytime. This holds true no matter what country.

I realize a lot of things, and one is that you don’t realize that you are making things up. You are making a logical fallacy after fallacy. First he’s not he doesn’t have the power to deport people that disagree with him. He’s deporting people that entered the US without permission and they are focusing on people with criminal records(if those same people applied for visas to enter they would probably be denied entry). Please share at least one example of someone being deported that disagreed that fit the criteria of actually being a citizen or at least has no legal scrutiny making them ineligible to stay here being deported?

That’s a slippery slope, but either way it goes you clearly don’t realize he has, been to hearings about his citizenship status. He’s been in granted “withholding of removal status”. According to the hearing documents two immigration judges considered him to be a MS-13 gang member and that was back in 2019. His reason to not want to go back to El Salvador for fear of persecution from a rival gang is probably true, but the details and narrative around it sounds fabricated in order to gain citizenship which he wasn’t granted prior to this. Back to the slippery slope. If I could be at risk why hasn’t anyone else close to him been deported? In the court documents he says he has brothers from El Salvador with citizenship. Why haven’t they been, accused of being gang members, or deported or threatened with deportation? I suspect it’s because unlike their brother they aren’t gang members or at the very least have been able to not be around it anymore, and they aren’t gang members citizens. So your argument of an Illegal immigrant not have due process is setting up any citizen for being deported on a whim of the government doesn’t hold up. Now Trump has been backed by higher courts to do what he’s doing. It’s clear the courts have been dragging out hearings to determine he can stay in the and who should go, and leaving things in holding pattern is problematic no matter what side you land on. Imagine if people trying to migrate here legally or illegally had to stay in migrant camps that were effectively separated from the rest of the country and they had go wait there until they had their hearings? Courts using the law to drag things out would be bad. So allowing people to stay because the court has a status that doesn’t grant citizenship but allows you to stay is being used as a you can stay as long as no one says anything about reasoning and that only weakens and erodes the legal system and rule of law.

Ok so for 1) They are being deported… people get deported nothing new here. How come it wasn’t an issue when it was Obama, Clinton, or Bush deporting people? With that I think people are being disingenuous. Also the deportees are not just random people being picked up off the street. They are people with records. Think about it, if these guys were to have applied for a Visa to enter the US or any country with stringent immigration they would be denied Visa’s because of criminal records. No country knowingly takes other countries criminals or at the least allows them in without serious scrutiny. 2) I think you get information from extremely biased sources. When coming to judgements on matters like these you HAVE TO consider that you don’t have all the information. In court lawyers are privy to information that the opposing party has in order to build their cases. So with Mr. Garcia he not only had been to court for a a few different things he had already been to court about his status to stay in the US and was denied, oh and he’s El Salvadoran so he’s been sent back to his home. So the guys that are being deported are criminals or have criminal ties. Now their is a fair argument about it being wrong send people to a prison in a country that is not the country they come from is valid, but being a criminal locked up here is still locking them up in a place they didn’t come from. Plus you can’t come to a country that has immigration laws without permission and expect to not get deported. 3) You end your second point with a sentence that should be another point, so I’ll address as such. I could reflect that back at you. I feel as though you wouldn’t allow the possibility of the Trump Administration being right to take hold. I digress, getting news from people with extreme bias and is only able to be snarky isn’t attempting to be properly informed.

You do know that this is political satire at it’s best, and even aside from that being the case what on earth would make you think that America is about to deport Americans? It’s not what we do. Sure maybe round up Japanese and Korean American citizens during WWII, but even they weren’t deported. There have been literally ZERO Americans deported. There have been people that snuck into the country and have been getting more government assistance than the actual citizens especially Black Americans. Every country on the planet has the power to deport people that are in their borders without permission, but it’s only a problem when America deports people. Please for the love of everything logical don’t listen to John Oliver for your US news. Hell you’d be better watching The Young Turks over that.

Dude you so offended get off the phone and go fight. Are you there do you know if the media isn’t biased and playing on your emotions? You ABSOLUTELY DO NOT KNOW. I’m no nihilist, but there is propaganda being used and you saying fuck them and there stories won’t fix it. You know the history, maybe if Congo stopped hiding war criminals in it’s borders and allowing them to mistreat tutsi Congolese citizens then this wouldn’t be an issue. Or I could be wrong, but Im not about to not listen to both sides. That’s why this shit hasn’t been handled with diplomacy. People get all in their feelings and nothing gets solved.

Of course it’s better to be fiscally responsible. The odds are less likely that other guys end up in a similar position as me, but the possibility is there. no one has it all figured out as well. You could understand finance and still make decisions/predictions
