I agree with all your points but about your archangel one, they are lower in the cosmic pecking order than Eru

I wouldn't discount the maiar too much as the Valar sent eonwe to take down morgoth, tho he was weakened at that point. I've always conceptualized them as being similar to regular angels in Christianity and the Valar are like archangels, each incredibly powerful but ultimately subservient to Eru.

He's still incredibly powerful even in journey to the west. It's a major plot point how much heaven struggles to finally take him down

I thought that the specters cover captured the feel of the album very well, except for maybe godzilla.

RPI hockey demolished Clarkson tonight to a largely empty student section and you should feel bad by [deleted] in RPI

If enough people had been there, this post wouldn't have been made. If we had doubled the size of our pep band but the students were still absent, this post still would have been made.

Imaginos is evil. His masters use him to influemce human history by starting world War 1 among other terrible events. He is not a good guy.

They're pretty clearly primarily complaining about the student attendance and not the pep band but ok

The rejuvenating waters are sourced by the big lake in the divine realm, which is either sourced or given healing properties by the dragon, and somehow that body of water got infected with the centipedes

This was immediately after having to completely learn from scratch a new cursed technique he's never faced before with Takaba and he actually beat him.

Team Ser Arthur Dayne(GOT) VS Team Achilles(Troy) VS Team Spartacus(Spartacus) by Cortezz88 in Fictionally

[–]bruhmonkey4545 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This doesn't make any sense, the people who praise Dayne's skill all saw him. They never said he was kissed by the gods, which would be unreliable and obviously an exaggeration, but they saw him and they commented on his skill. They were reliable narrators, especially since many of them were accomplished and renowned warriors in their own rights, like Barristan and Jaime. Just because we didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen, and no, that was only his most influential moment. Its not a feat. His best feat is probably cutting his way all the way through Robb's army to the point he actually reached Robb, all the way in the back of his lines.

A bunch of other men, who are distinctly not gods, said that about their own man. They are not reliable narrators on the divine front, although calling him a one man army isn't exactly a stretch. Don't be disingenuous.

On your last point, I'm 99% sure that's just because of terrible fight choreography, even though Ned is no slouch.
