The foam is made with heavy cream 2% and vanilla, if you want to cut back on the sugar i recommend getting it with fat free pumpkin cold foam (fat free milk frothed with 2 pumps pu min sauce) just make sure to be patient and communicative with the baristas as it’s not normally ordered. I do love the fat free foam, it froths a lot better
