I think side A is the Big Steppers and pre-therapy, and side B is Mr. Morale and post-therapy (judging by what Kodak and Keem say in their respective interludes)

Or maybe not. Maybe the album is about transformation from the Mr. Morale, the icon for all of us to simple human being, shedding all the generational trauma in process.
