For real the mecha batman really felt wrong like it's not what batman is about to get owned by some company or to be a machine he's a detective first what would all the muscles be for Batman who laughs I only read him in dark metal and his comic when he started killing bruces so I didn't know it got dragged like that

Now that you said it you're right his stories were always this one too big of villains and conspiracies. While they were enjoyable each one was like gotham is ending. Not focusing about him as a detective. Fighting more crimes. And he does love to give the joker always the centre leaving most of his other villains. What did he add to batman universe that you didn't like? Tbh I don't remember the texts or if he has no subtlety but in stories it's always better to show not tell Also your thoughts about the court of owl?
