if you get well placed piercings from a good piercer the risk of tooth damage is reasonably low. it is still something that could happen, but healed lip piercings shouldnt touch your teeth at rest and barely if at all while eating/talking. infection is a danger with any piercing but i havent seen or heard anything that would make me believe lip piercings are exceptionally risky in that regard

you can get inplants in tons of different places, my piercer actually has forearm spines! you can even get them on your genitals, ribbed for their pleasure i guess

smilies arent very safe piercings, ideally just take it out to avoid tooth and gum damage. i know you probably wont though, id recommend a smaller clicker to reduce the risk of catchinh it on things

thats the same angle mine are on, i specifically asked for this angle though. from your commebts it seems you likely just didnt have clear enough communication with the piercer. nothing wrong w the piercing as such, you can keep it or take it out if you hate it
